The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications for a Cooperative Agreement from qualified entities to implement the SPOTLIGHT program.

Project Goal

  • To improve the quality of HIV services delivered by HIV provider teams nationwide at fixed facilities through a patient-centered service delivery approach.
  • The project purpose is to leverage and strengthen the HIV provider team’s capacity to attract and retain patients in care, improve and nurture patient/provider trust, and strengthen the quality and HIV competencies incorporated into the HIV health professional pre-service and improve in-service training curriculum through technical assistance.

Objectives

  • Objective 1: Improve provider capacity to attract and retain patients in care and strengthen patient/provider trust;
  • Objective 2: Technical Assistance provided to the MOH/PNLS, other MOH/directorates and PEPFAR implementing partners, professional organizations and associations.

Funding Information

  • USAID intends to award one (1) Cooperative Agreement pursuant to this notice of funding opportunity. Subject to funding availability and at the discretion of the Agency, USAID intends to provide $900,000.00 in total USAID funding over one (1) year period.
