The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking initial applications from qualified entities to co-design the USAID Youth Development Activity.

The purpose of the USAID Youth Development Activity is to solicit concept notes from interested organizations for a new youth workforce development activity in Turkmenistan. The USAID Youth Development Activity should focus on supporting a wide range of Turkmen youth, including secondary school students, students pursuing higher education, vocational students, and first-time job holders, to become productive, well-adjusted members of the modern Turkmen workforce and their communities.

Geographic Priority
The USAID Youth Development Activity should strengthen the capacity of core education institutions and skills providers in Ashgabat city to train Turkmen youth for future employment. Whenever possible or feasible, there should be support for the core education institutions to reach and build the capacity of their counterparts in all provinces.
