The United States Government, represented by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking concept papers from qualified applicants for its “Living Independently and Being Included in the Community (LIBC)”.

The purpose of this NOFO is to announce that the United States Government (USG) intends to fund one award through USAID/Kenya and East Africa (KEA) to a local Kenyan organization for the implementation of a project that falls within the Living Independently and Being Included in the Community (LIBC).

USAID/KEA seeks concepts that foster the equal right of all persons with disabilities to live independently and be included in the community, in accordance with CRPD Article 19, ensuring that:
