The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications for a cooperative agreement from qualified local Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) organizations to implement USAID/BiH Civil Society – Anti-Corruption Activity (CS/AC).
The goal of USAID’s Civil Society – Anti-Corruption Activity (CS/AC) (USAID encourages applicants to propose a new name of the activity) is to increase the participation of citizens in the fight against corruption and to support civil society groups focused on corruption in becoming more credible in BiH society.

Eligibility Criteria
- The eligibility for this RFA is restricted to local Bosnia and Herzegovina organizations. The eligibility requirements apply only to the principal Applicant.
- USAID defines a “local entity” as an individual, a corporation, a nonprofit organization, or another body of persons that:
- Is legally organized under the laws of BiH;
- Has as its principal place of business or operations in BiH;
- Is majority owned by individuals who are citizens or lawful permanent residents of BiH; and
- Is managed by a governing body the majority of who are citizens or lawful permanent residents of the country receiving assistance.
