The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications for a Cooperative Agreement from qualified entities to implement the Tajikistan Tuberculosis (TB) Bilateral Activity.
The overall Activity will have a purpose to reduce the burden of TB in Tajikistan with a prioritized focus placed on building the leadership, management, financing, and technical capacities of health institutions, communities, and civil society to reach high-risk groups to prevent, detect and successfully treat all forms of TB.

Activity Results
- AR1: Improved case detection and notification for all forms of TB
- AR2: More patients cured of all forms of TB
- AR3: Strengthened TB prevention by expanded preventive treatment and improved infection prevention and control (IPC) interventions.
- AR4: Strengthened TB system resilience/reliance in public health emergencies
Eligibility Criteria
- Eligibility for this NOFO is not restricted. Qualified U.S. and Non-U.S. organizations may participate under this NOFO.
- USAID welcomes applications from organizations that have not previously received financial assistance from USAID.
- Faith-based organizations are eligible to apply for federal financial assistance on the same basis as any other organization and are subject to the protections and requirements of Federal law.
