Indigenous Community Capital Grants Program in the Canada

The Arts Council is seeking proposals for the Visual Artists Workspace Scheme which aims to support artists workspaces throughout the country to provide the best possible working environment for visual artists and, where feasible, to enable a level of subsidy for the artists working in these spaces.

The scheme is in line with the Arts Council’s ten-year strategy (2016–25), Making Great Art Work: Leading the Development of the Arts in Ireland which commits to ensuring ‘a supportive working environment that addresses key points in the creative cycle by which art is made’.

Eligibility Criteria

Applications are welcome from the following:

Workspaces must be located in the Republic of Ireland.

The Arts Council is committed to equity and inclusion, and welcomes applications from individuals or groups within culturally diverse communities and from artists with disabilities.
