VNA Foundation Grant Program – US

2022 European Cross-Border Grants Program

Deadline: 16-Sep-21

Applications are now open for the VNA Foundation Grant Program to support home– and community-based healthcare and health services for the medically underserved in Cook, Lake, McHenry, DuPage, Kane and Will counties — with a focus on Chicago.

The Foundation will consider funding program, operating, and capital grants, including salaries that support core staff. In deference to their roots as the Visiting Nurse Association of Chicago, priority consideration will be given to programs in which care is provided by nurses.

VNA Foundation requires its grants to have measurable outcomes, or objective measures of the grant’s effect. By doing so, they believe they maximize the impact of their grant dollars. It also enables them to share with other nonprofits and foundations data-driven information about successful — or not so successful – approaches to assisting the medically underserved.
