Voice’s Kenya Empowerment Grants: Working against Stigmatisation of Marginalised and Discriminated Groups

Ambassador’s Special Self-Help Program in Cameroon

Deadline: 31 December 2017

Voice is currently inviting applications from groups or organisations for its Kenya Empowerment Grants to raise awareness develop transformative leadership, build confidence and skills and work against stigmatisation of marginalised and discriminated groups.

Empowerment of excluded groups and individuals involves the redistribution of power, so that it accumulates in the hands of marginalised and discriminated groups in society. They must have the confidence to engage and interact with each other as well as in public, and build mutual trust while acknowledging their differences.
