Voice is seeking applications for its Niger Influence Grant to strengthen the capacity of civil society organizations and networks to lobby and advocate and give voice to marginalized and discriminated groups.
Objectives
- Improved access to resources (productive) (e.g. finance, water and earth) and employment
- Improved access to social services, health and education in particular
- The space for participation and citizen engagement
Target Groups
- People with disabilities
- Women at risk of exploitation, abuse and / or violence
- Vulnerable and discriminated groups according to their age, including youth and seniors
Organizations that propose to work with two target groups as a consortium are strongly encouraged to submit a proposal. E.g. local expert organizations of people with disabilities work with a women’s organization to mainstream gender in their component.
Funding Information
The influence national subsidies vary between 25 000 Euro to 200 000 Euro maximum.
Eligibility Criteria
- All organizations whether formal, platforms or networks of civil society may be eligible for grants Voice.
- The subsidies granted by Voice should focus on themes and objectives defined by Voice Niger.
