Deadline: 27-Nov-2025
The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), in collaboration with Cyber Buddha and hosted on MyGov, invites India’s young adults aged 18–19 years to participate in the Hashtag Suraksha Cyber Security Reels Competition (Senior Category).
Participants are encouraged to create one-minute reels that educate others on critical topics such as AI-based scams, deepfakes, phishing, misinformation, and ethical online behavior. It’s an opportunity to influence India’s digital safety narrative through creativity and innovation.
By engaging in this challenge, participants can raise awareness about pressing cyber risks while showcasing their creativity and sense of social responsibility.
The top three winners will be honored with the prestigious Cyber Shield Trophy, Certificates, and Cash Prizes, while the top seven runners-up will receive Medals and Certificates.
This initiative is open exclusively to Indian citizens aged 18 to 19 years, empowering the nation’s youth to lead meaningful conversations about digital ethics and cybersecurity. Reels will be evaluated based on message impact, creativity, originality, and adherence to the theme. The final evaluation decisions will rest solely with the organizers.
The deadline for applications is 27 November 2025.
