Applications for MediaMarkt Startup Challenge are now open that bring together entrepreneurs, who are shaping technologies of the future today, and the retail world.
The MediaMarkt Startup Challenge is driven by the aim to enrich customer experience; they endeavour to boost the most innovative solutions and ideas in the retail sector.
MediaMarkt cooperates with Buybuddy in 10 stores, and with Udentify, one of the first-year winners, in 5 stores. In addition, pilot studies were conducted with AssistBox, B2Metric, Countbuddy, Optiyol and Qumpara. All the winners so far (Buybuddy, Udentify, Kutu, Shopi) had the opportunity to benefit from the acceleration program by joining the network of the Plug and Play Tech Center in Germany.
