EY World Entrepreneur Of The YearTM celebrates the vision, insight and determination of entrepreneurs from around the globe. The winner of this ultimate global competition for entrepreneurs is chosen by a diverse panel of independent judges.
Judging Criteria
The entrepreneur must be primarily responsible for the recent performance of a business that is at least two years old and must have served in that leadership role for at least the last two years.

- Builds a culture of innovation that pioneers new approaches or technologies.
- Impact
- Positively impacts the customers they serve.
- Integrates sustainable Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices in their strategy with robust commitments and execution plans.
