Wellington City Council accepting Proposals for Public Art Activities

Applications are open for Helsinki International Curatorial Programme that is co-organised by HIAP – Helsinki International Artist Programme and Frame Contemporary Art Finland.

This programme has offered annually up to four one-month residencies in Helsinki for curators of contemporary art. The HICP curators-in-residence will live and work at HIAP’s international residency centre on the island of Suomenlinna, a 15 minute ferry-trip away from the centre of Helsinki.

The aims of the programme are two-fold:
