The U.S. Embassy Public Affairs Section in New Delhi is seeking proposals for Framing the Debate on Climate Change with an aim to raise awareness about the ongoing complex conversations on climate change issues while preparing young leaders to participate in these discussions in an informed manner.

Through this program, the U.S. Embassy seeks to raise awareness about the complex conversations in this subject among the college youth in the North Indian states and territories of Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, and Uttar Pradesh, engaging university students in the major cities and educational hubs in these states.
