Girl Rising is seeking applications from individuals and organizations from across the world for its Girl Rising Creative Challenge to share how they are helping create a gender equal world. The actions, however big or small, can lead to profound change. The Challenge is sponsored by Girl Rising.
Participation in the “Girl Rising Creative Challenge” (the “Challenge”) constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of the Official Rules (the “Rules”) and the decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements given on the website. Any violation of the rules may, at Sponsor’s discretion, result in disqualification.
Prizes
- 12 Winners will be selected.
- Four (4) Winners will receive:
- publication of their Submission on the organisation’s website and
- an HP Sprocket Photo Printer.
- Four (4) winners will receive:

- an HP Sprocket Photo Printer and
- a $1,000 micro-grant
- Four (4) winners will receive
- publication of their Submission on the organisation’s website

- a $2,000 micro-grant
Eligibility Criteria
- This Challenge is only open to persons who, as of the last day of the month prior to the date of entry, are at the legal age of majority. For those who are not at the legal age of majority as of the date of entry, a parent or legal guardian must provide an electronic signature and electronic contact information on the submission form.
- This Challenge is NOT open to residents and/or citizens of Canada.
- Trustees, directors, officers, and employees of Sponsor and HP, Inc. (“HP”), or their respective affiliates, or any other party associated with the development or administration of this Challenge, including the immediate family and persons residing in the same household as such individuals, are not eligible to participate in the Challenge.
- By participating in the Challenge, the entrant agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and represents and warrants that he or she meets the eligibility requirements in these Rules.
- In addition, entrant agrees to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the Challenge and operation of this Challenge.
- If entrant is under the age of eighteen (18), Sponsor must obtain the permission, consent and release from a parent or legal guardian of such entrant before such entrant will be allowed to enter the Challenge.
- If an entrant who is under the age of 18 is interested in participating in the Challenge, he or she must have their parent or legal guardian complete the parental release form available on the Website.
