Call for Proposals: Responding to Protection Needs and Supporting Resilience in Places of Detention in Yemen

UN Women Yemen Programme welcomes proposals from interested Implementing Partners to conduct the capacity building activities under the project titled “Responding to Protection Needs and Supporting Resilience in Places of Detention”. The activities include building the capacities of prisons’ personnel in eight targeted governorates, as well as build the capacities of female mediators.

The project aims to improve basic conditions in prisons and other places of detention with particular attention to the special needs of women and children, which is now compounded by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
