Applications are now open for International AIDS Society (IAS) Educational Fund scholarships to attend the 9th IAS Conference on HIV Science (IAS 2017).
The IAS Educational Fund will offer scholarships to clinicians and other HIV service providers from resource-limited settings to attend IAS 2017, with priority given to applicants who will share the lessons learned with their colleagues and communities.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements for their application to be considered:
- Be a clinician or other HIV service provider from a resource-limited setting (physicians, nurses, community health workers, pharmacists, psychologists, psychiatrists and social workers).
- Provide proof of commitment to the HIV field.
- Demonstrate interest in sharing the information learned at the conference with their organization or community.
- Submit a letter of recommendation from their organization.
- Complete the application in full and in English.
