McKinsey.org Forward Learning Program – Europe

Deadline: 29-Sep-2025

The McKinsey and Company is seeking applications for its McKinsey.org Forward Learning Program to equip individuals at different stages of their careers – from career starters to job changers – with practical skills to succeed in the future of work.

Whether you are in the early days of your career or navigating a new opportunity, the Forward learning journey will help you develop new ways of thinking, expand your skill set and grow your confidence.

Turn business problems into opportunities by using structured and creative thinking. Communicate in a clear and impactful way that makes your audience take action. Be adaptable and build emotional awareness for working in a team or alone, especially in times of change. Build strong relationships and maintain your well-being at work. Develop your digital tool kit and plan to navigate the modern digital world.

McKinsey.org Forward is an interactive learning journey designed to help participants gain practical workplace skills through a variety of formats including digital courses, virtual-learning events, assignments, and reflection exercises. Participants are expected to dedicate about two hours a week over ten weeks to complete the program.

The program is open to individuals currently residing in specific countries in Europe who are employed, self-employed, or between jobs with prior work experience, including internships or apprenticeships. Applicants should have less than five years of total work experience, have completed at least a high school education or equivalent, and possess a good command of English. Applicants working in the nonprofit/NGO sector or in non-managerial roles may still be eligible, even with more than five years of experience.

Participation in McKinsey.org Forward is free for eligible participants as part of McKinsey’s social responsibility commitment, with no fees to apply, register, or partake in any of the two levels. Participants will use their own internet-connected device, as the program is delivered fully online.

Upon completing the Core Skills level, participants will receive a certificate of completion and a personalized digital badge, shareable across social media accounts and other digital channels. While the program offers valuable skills and recognition, it is important to note that McKinsey is not an accredited educational institution, and participants will not receive an accredited qualification or credential. Application closes on 29 September 2025.
