UNICEF and the Telecom Foundation for Macedonia invite all young innovators aged 16 to 24 to submit ideas for digital solutions to tackle climate change under the slogan “Technology for the Planet”.
You have a chance to gain global recognition and support in tackling one of humanity’s biggest challenges – climate change. So far, two of our teams have been among the global winners: in 2020 the eBionics team, and in 2019, the AndroMeta team.
This year’s youth challenge of UNICEF and the Telecom Foundation for Macedonia is implemented in cooperation with the Center for Social Innovation BLINK 42 – 21.
Funding Information
- The top five ideas will be funded and developed, and two of them will compete in the global challenge, with a chance to receive additional funding of up to $20,000, as well as support from Generation Without Borders to expand the solution.
Eligibility Criteria
- High school students, students and interested young people, register your team, from 3 to 5 participants and be the creators of your future. Ideas will be developed through the mentoring of professionals, through design thinking workshops.
