Open Society Foundations: Seeking Proposals for Policy Fellowship Initiative 2018

European Commission Call for Proposals: Pilot a Joint European Degree Label

Deadline: 8 October 2018

The Open Society Foundations (OSF)-Armenia is seeking proposals for its Policy Fellowship Initiative 2018 to carry out rigorous and innovative research identifying the most critical open society challenges, developing practical solutions, and advocating for such by maximising the impact of their research.

The fellowships are intended primarily for individuals aiming to undertake independent policy-oriented research and produce critical thinking on fundamental policy challenges that will potentially enrich public understanding of those challenges and breed inventive solutions. This Initiative aims to enhance the research capacity and policy formulation skills of individuals from the academic, business, government, and media communities.

The Fellowship seeks for proactive people able to challenge conventional wisdom, advocate for their policy research findings, with a strong determination to communicate results of their work to broader audiences.

Benefits

Fellows will receive individual grants up to 3000 USD to cover research‐related costs.
