AuthorAID has announced its travel grant to support over 50 researchers with the award of travel grants during the course of this programme. It is a global network that provides support, mentoring, resources and training for researchers in developing countries.
Funding Information
Each of the successful grant applicants will receive USD (US Dollar) 1500 to present their research work at an academic conference.
Eligibility Criteria
- To apply for an AuthorAID travel grant applicants must be a citizen of, and living and working in, a country on the list of eligible countries.
- Exceptions are made for refugee academics.
- Applicants should not have received a grant from AuthorAID in the past.
- Applicant’s proposal/abstract should already have been accepted for presentation at an academic conference. Please be aware that AuthorAID will ask for proof in the form of an acceptance letter/email from the conference organizers before a grant is awarded. Applicants do not submit an application unless their proposal or abstract has already been accepted.
- Applicants should be a first-time presenter.
