The United States Department of State Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) is seeking applications from eligible organisations to implement grant projects entitled “Prevention of Domestic Violence and Improved Victims’ Services in Nicaragua” with an aim to contribute to the security and well-being of individuals and their families who are at-risk (or already victims) of domestic violence by empowering them as individuals and helping them develop (or recover) positive and healthy relationships.

The project seeks to contribute to a more secure Nicaragua through the reduction of violence, including abuse of power, substance abuse, and gender-based inequality.
