The United States Department of State Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration (PRM) is seeking proposals from organisations for its NGO programs benefiting refugees in Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Actual awards will not exceed one year (12 months) in duration and activities and budgets submitted in year one can be revised/updated each year. Project proposals surpassing the below funding limits will be disqualified:

Rwanda:  Proposals must focus on the following sectors in the refugee camps:

Uganda: It is strongly recommended, but not required, that organizations wishing to work with both Congolese and South Sudanese refugees in Uganda submit a single proposal which covers activities benefiting both populations.  Organizations are not required to work with both Congolese and South Sudanese refugees.

Tanzania: Proposals must focus on the following sectors in the refugee camps:

Democratic Republic of Congo: Proposals must focus on Sud-Ubangui and/or Nord-Ubanguiprovinces, specifically on areas hosting refugees from the Central African Republic (CAR).  Proposals may focus on one or more of the following areas of intervention:
