Call for Concept Papers: Strengthening and Promoting the Human Rights of LGBTI Persons

The U.S. Embassy Bridgetown is currently inviting civil society organizations (including academic institutions and coalitions/networks) from Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Dominica, Saint Lucia, Saint Kitts and Nevis, and Saint Vincent and Grenadines to submit concept papers to strengthen and promote the human rights of LGBTI persons.

All concept papers must be accompanied by a budget detailing work plan costs and three past project references which demonstrate the ability to implement the proposed concept.  Organizations must already be incorporation and be able to demonstrate an existing stream of funding upon request.

Funding Information

Applications may range from $5,000-$25,000, and the maximum duration of each project should be 18 months.

Submitted concept papers should be a maximum of two pages and clearly define:
