The Ministry of Finance as the Operator of the Fund for Bilateral Relations at National Level has announced the third call for applications for a grant from the Fund for Bilateral Relations at National Level within the framework of the EEA and Norway Grants 2009-2014.The Fund was established to strengthen bilateral relations between Donor states (Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein) and the Czech Republic within the programme areas mentioned below.
Initiatives supported by this Fund should provide a platform to increase mutual cultural, professional and academic relations in compliance with the national strategy of bilateral relations and the aims of Donor states.

Funding Information
- The total amount available for the third Call for proposals is 7 393 000CZK (278 981EUR).
- The available allocations 2 093 000CZK (78 981 EUR).
Eligibility Criteria
The following entities from the Czech Republic and Donor states (including the Council of Europe) can apply for funding from the Fund, namely:
- Programme Operators (including their partners from the line ministries on the basis of a concluded Partnership Agreement).
- Applicants and partners of pre-defined projects from Donor states (in the project preparation period, which means until project proposals are approved by the donors).
- National Focal Point for the EEA and Norway Grants 2009-2014.
- Other entities competent in supported programme areas (i.e. entities active in relevant programme areas for a minimal period of 1 year), that establish or strengthen cooperation with entities in Donor states within the programme areas.
