The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is seeking proposals from Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), including CBOs, and NGOs for a Low value Grant to establish a Justice Confidence Centre and provide Legal Aid services to Refugees, Returnees, IDPs and SGV Survivors in Aweil North, Aweil West, and Aweil East Counties.

UNDP’s Access to Justice, Security and Human Rights Strengthening Programme seeks to meet the needs of the returnees, IDPs and host communities provides linkages between justice providers and communities through various activities including capacity strengthening of the justice chain institutions, awareness raising on constitutional and legal rights, support to community security initiatives, and strengthening of coordination of the rule law actors through the flagship monthly rule of law forums.  The programme enables access to justice to especially GBV survivors, vulnerable persons including women and girls, IDPs, returnees, and refugees by extending Low Value Grants (LVGs) to Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) Community Based Organizations (CBOs)to establish Justice Confidence Centers (JCCs) to provide legal representation, legal advice, and legal counselling to vulnerable persons.
