CFPs: The Identification of Implementing Partners for The Global Sustainable Mobility Programme

Funding Opportunity: Promoting Sustainable, Inclusive & Gender-Sensitive Value Chains for Environmental Protection

Deadline: 7-Jul-25

The United Nations Environment Programme is implementing the Global Programme for Sustainable Mobility which aims to support a transition to low- and zero-emission sustainable mobility in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs), while also providing global-level advocacy and technical support.

The programme seeks to mitigate greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from the transport sector, improve air quality, and promote gender inclusion and other social co-benefits. To realize this overarching goal, UNEP is supporting countries and cities to develop and implement comprehensive low- and zero-emission transport policies and strategies, conduct training and sharing of best practices, establish financing mechanisms and invest in pilot demonstration projects.
