Counterpart International, funded by USAID is seeking proposals for “Afghan Civic Education Program (ACEP) – Provision of Legal Services”.

The goal of ACEP is to promote civil society and media engagement that enables Afghan citizen to influence policy, monitor government accountability, and serve as advocates for political reform.

The Afghan Civic Engagement Program (ACEP) is a five-year program (two years is left from the project), funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by Counterpart International (CPI), in partnership with Internews, the Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) and International Centre for Non-profit Law (ICNL).
