CPI-Bangladesh Request for Applications: Promoting Advocacy and Rights (PAR) Project

Counterpart International (CPI) Bangladesh is accepting applications from the interested organizations and institutions to apply to receive funding as the Research Partner for the Promoting Advocacy and Rights Activity 2019-2022, (hereby referred to as the “PAR Research Partner”).

Counterpart is evaluating the possibility of engaging local partners who have the management and technical capacity to provide high quality research service delivery with regards to this program. The research support is intended to ensure that civil society actors are drawing on well-researched and appropriately documented evidence to support their advocacy initiatives.

Promoting Advocacy and Rights (PAR) is a five (5) year program funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the United Kingdom Agency for International Development (UKAid) and implemented by Counterpart International (CPI). PAR’s goal is to strengthen the enabling environment for civil society institutions advancing good governance and citizen participation in Bangladesh. Additionally, the project will contribute to a more inclusive, resilient, and evidence-driven Bangladeshi civil society. There are five key objectives of the PAR project:
