The Caribbean Vulnerable Communities Coalition (CVC) is issuing this RFP to Caribbean Community Based Organisations interested in developing specific social media advocacy campaigns and online knowledge products c on informal workers, migrants, and other Inadequately Served Populations (ISP) throughout the Caribbean who are struggling with the fall-out from the COVID-19 pandemic as well as identifying what needs to be done to safeguard the human rights of these groups.

The CVC has established a Community Rapid Response Mechanism to advocate against COVID-19 and policies and public ordinances that are detrimental or infringe the human rights of informal workers, migrants and other Inadequately Served Populations.
