Joining the Durham Ambitious Business Start-ups (DABS) programme will enable you to:

Funding Information
- Up to £5,000 grant available per SME.
- Grant is for new goods of between £2,500 and £12,500 – (you can apply for more, but the maximum grant payout is £5,000).
- This is designed to cover the costs that other grants cannot cover.

- Full business start-up programme: Including tailored facilitated and expert-led workshops and group sessions.
- 1-2-1 support and mentoring: Bespoke support with an experienced business advisor.

Eligibility Criteria
- The grant intervention is 40% of invoiced costs.
- Only available to those participating in the DABS programme.
- Your business must be based in County Durham.
- Your business must be less than 12 months from registration.
- The DABS programme is available to people living in the United Kingdom.
