The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of Justice Programs (OJP), Office for Victims of Crime (OVC), is seeking applications from states or tribes to develop, enhance, and coordinate programs and activities geared toward improving outcomes for child and youth victims of sex and labor trafficking.

The purpose of this grant is to improve jurisdiction-wide coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration to address human trafficking involving children and youth. This program furthers the Department’s mission by enhancing the field’s response to victims of human trafficking.

The overarching goal of this program is to improve outcomes for children and youth who are victims of human trafficking by integrating human trafficking policy and programming at the state or tribal level and by enhancing a coordinated, multidisciplinary, and jurisdiction-wide approach to human trafficking. OJP strongly emphasizes the use of data and evidence in policymaking and program development in criminal justice, juvenile justice, and crime victim services. OJP is committed to:
