The Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB), U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL, or the Department), announces the availability of approximately $10,247,000 (subject to the availability of federal funds) for one cooperative agreement(s) to fund a technical assistance project(s) in Brazil to increase the capacity of civil society organizations (CSOs) to address child labor and/or forced labor in a targeted agricultural sector.

This FOA solicits applications to implement a project with the objective of increasing capacity of civil society organizations (CSOs) to address child labor and/or forced labor in a targeted agricultural sector in Brazil.

Funding Information

  • Funding will be provided in the form of a cooperative agreement. Approximately $10,247,000 is expected to be available to fund approximately one award. Applicants may apply for a ceiling amount of up to $10,247,000 total costs.
  • The period of performance is a maximum of 4.5 years (54 months) from the effective date of the award.
