EU Call for Proposals: EIDHR Country-Based Support Scheme for Georgia

The European Union (EU) is currently accepting proposals from eligible organisations for “European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights (EIDHR): Country-Based Support Scheme for Georgia”.

The overall objective of this call for proposals is to support civil society in Georgia  in its actions supporting  the protection and promotion of human rights, so as to promote principles laid down in  EU Human Rights guidelines and in the EU’s Strategic Framework and Action Plan on Human Rights and Democracy .

Size of Grants

Any grant requested under this call for proposals must fall between EUR 250,000 and EUR 400,000.

How to Apply

In order to apply for the grants, applicants have to register themselves in PADOR, an on-line database via given website.

Eligible Countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK, Georgia.
