The European Union (EU) is seeking proposals from eligible organisations for a program entitled “Strengthening the capacity of CSOs to monitor Public Financial Management” to improve good governance, increase the transparency of PFM, and the accountability of the state to citizens.

The purpose of this call for proposals is to strengthen the capacity of CSOs to monitor public financial management issues and economic aspects in Côte d’Ivoire.
