EU: Sustainable, Participatory and Integrated Management of Protected Areas for Economic Development that respects Ecosystems

The European Union (EU) is currently accepting proposals from eligible organisations for a program entitled “Sustainable, participatory and integrated management of protected areas, peripheral territories and corridors of the complex formed by PoNaSi (Burkina Faso), Comoé (Côte d’Ivoire) and Mole (Ghana), for economic development that respects ecosystems”.

The overall goal is to promote endogenous, sustainable and inclusive economic development that responds to the challenges of climate change.

The specific objective of this call for proposals is to achieve sustainable, participatory and integrated management of protected areas, riparian territories and corridors of the complex formed by PoNaSi (Burkina Faso), Comoé (Côte d’Ivoire) and Mole (Ghana), ensuring economic development respectful of ecosystems.
