European Commission: Inviting Applications for Prevention and Preparedness in Civil Protection and Marine Pollution

European Commission is seeking applications for “Prevention and Preparedness in civil protection and marine pollution”. In order to contribute to achieving the specific objective, this Call for Proposals will co-finance activities that aim to facilitate and promote the use of long-term climate change projections and scenarios in disaster risk assessment and planning.

In order to be eligible for a grant, the applicants must:

Important: eligible entities from third countries can participate in the implementation of actions under the external budget but cannot act as lead consortium partner. Therefore, applications submitted by third countries which are not Participating States to the Mechanism will be considered ineligible.

For UK applicants: Please be aware that eligibility criteria must be complied with during the entire duration of the grant. If the United Kingdom withdraws from the EU during the grant period without concluding an agreement with the EU ensuring in particular that British applicants continue to be eligible, applicants will cease to receive EU funding or be required to leave the project based on the termination provisions.
