The European Commission (EC) is seeking proposals for the Circular Economy, resources from Waste, Air, Water, Soil, Noise, Chemicals, Bauhaus to facilitate the transition toward a sustainable, circular, toxic-free, energy-efficient/climate-resilient economy and toward a toxic-free environment as well as to protect, restore and improve the quality of the environment.
Objectives
The specific objective is to cover one or more of the following topics:
- Circular Economy and Waste
- Air
- Water
- Soil
- Noise
- Chemicals
- A new European Bauhaus
The present Call topic targets Standard Action Projects (SAP) aimed at achieving the objectives of the Circular Economy and Quality of Life sub-programme.

- Indicative range of project budgets: EUR 2-10 Mln
Eligibility Criteria
In order to be eligible, the applicants (beneficiaries and affiliated entities) must:
- be legal entities (public or private bodies)
- be established in one of the eligible countries, i.e.:
- EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories (OCTs))
- non-EU countries:
- listed EEA countries and countries associated to the LIFE Programme (participating countries) or countries which are in ongoing negotiations for an association agreement and where the agreement enters into force before grant signature
- the coordinator must be established in an eligible country.
