Grants to Strengthen Cultural ties Between the U.S. and Rwanda

UN Habitat Call for Proposals: Rehabilitation and Reactivation of Public Spaces in Lebanon

The U.S. Embassy Kigali Public Affairs Section (PAS) has currently announced that funding is available through its Public Diplomacy Small Grants Program.

PAS Kigali invites proposals for programs that strengthen cultural ties between the U.S. and Rwanda through cultural and exchange programming that highlights shared values and promotes bilateral cooperation.

Examples of PAS Small Grants Program programs include, but are not limited to:

Awards may range from a minimum of $2,500 to a maximum of $25,000.

Eligibility Criteria

Note: For-profit or commercial entities are not eligible to apply.

Ineligible Activities

The following types of programs are not eligible for funding:

Eligible Countries: Rwanda, United States.
