Applications are now open for the Jiselle Lauren Foundation’s Grant Program to help families in Middle Tennessee.
The purpose of starting The Jiselle Lauren Foundation was to help families in Middle Tennessee and beyond meet the needs of their children with disabilities and help them live life to their full potential through financial and community support.
Application Procedures
Fill out The Jiselle Lauren Foundation Grant Request form. Please fill this form out with as much detail as necessary and attach any amplifying information.
You will receive an email confirming your application has been received.
- The board of directors for The Jiselle Lauren Foundation will review your request in a timely manner. The following criteria will be used to evaluate each application:??
- How well does the use of funds fit with the mission, vision and values of The Jiselle Lauren Foundation?
- How deserving is the use of funds relative to other possible uses?
- Does the use of funds comply with and preserve the Foundation’s tax exempt status?
- Does the presumed benefit justify the funding amount requested? Is there a more efficient means available to meet the need?
- Does the use of funds expose the Foundation to legal or financial Risk
You will be notified once the board has made a determination.
