The European Economic Area (EEA) financial mechanism 2014-2021 is pleased to announce an open call for Implementation of Model of Well-being Advisers to improve prevention and reduce inequalities in health.
The Programme will provide support for mental health promotion and prevention measures with emphasis on the well-being of children and youth and their families, primarily through strengthening the community-based mental health services and improving well-being of children and youth by establishing clearly defined, expected results.
The Call will strengthen the community mental health services and promote the provision of Well-being adviser services in Lithuania. To ensure enhanced bilateral relations between Lithuania and the donor states, projects supported under this call may be prepared and implemented in partnership with entities from Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway under this call.
Funding Information
- Total budget of the Call: € 1.420.000,00
- Minimum and maximum grant applied:
- The minimum grant applied for shall not be less than €45.000,00
- The maximum grant applied for shall not be more than €142.000,00
- Project grant rate: The grant rate is up to 100% of the total eligible expenditure of a project.
- Duration of the projects: Up to 30 months
Eligible Activities
Assistance under Programme will be provided to the following activities:
- Equipping the places of the provision of Well-being adviser services;
- Provision of Well-being adviser service;
- Activities and initiatives that increase the publicity of Well-being Advisers services and the interest of service recipients in the specific municipality (municipalities).
Eligibility Criteria
- Potential Applicants are Public institutions of the Republic of Lithuania (national, regional and local authorities which are a state or municipal institution or body. State or municipal institution or body – representative, head of state, executive, judicial authority, law enforcement institutions and bodies, institutions and bodies performing audit, control (supervision), other state and municipal institutions and bodies financed from the state or municipal budgets and state monetary funds and to which public administration powers have been granted in accordance with the procedure established by the Law on Public Administration of the Republic of Lithuania).
- Project Partners are public institutions of the Republic of Lithuania and donor countries (national, regional and local authorities which are a state or municipal institution or body. State or municipal institution or body – representative, head of state, executive, judicial authority, law enforcement institutions and bodies, institutions and bodies performing audit, control (supervision), other state and municipal institutions and bodies financed from the state or municipal budgets and state monetary funds and to which public administration powers have been granted in accordance with the procedure established by the Law on Public Administration of the Republic of Lithuania), as well as non-profit legal entities and non-governmental organizations which will make a real contribution during the project activities and/or will actively use the results that have been generated during the project.
- In this Call, the same institution can submit one application only as an Applicant/Project Promoter. Should an Applicant submit more than one application, the first submitted application only shall be assessed (based on the date and time of its submission), and all other applications shall be rejected.
- The number of project partners is unlimited.
