The Mary Kay Ash Charitable Foundation is accepting applications to support women and children experiencing domestic violence by providing grants to women’s shelters and community outreach programs through the annual Shelter Grant Program.
Since 2004, the Mary Kay Ash Charitable Foundation has hosted the annual Shelter Grant to support shelters and programs addressing domestic violence.
It’s estimated that 1 in 5 Canadian women will experience domestic abuse in her lifetime. They’re honoured to support shelters across Canada through the annual Shelter Grant program. These shelters help women and children in immediate danger, offer resources and support programs, teach teens how to build healthy relationships, and so much more.
Funding Information
- The Foundation will select 16 recipients, and each will then receive a $10,000 grant to put towards their goodwill programs.
Criteria
- Shelters and outreach programs across Canada can apply for the grant.
- They will only be accepting applications submitted through their online application process. If you know of any shelter or program, ask them to fill out the application.
