Mc Donough Foundation has launched its Grant Program non-profit organizations that provide educational opportunities, human and social services, and healthcare for children and their families.
The mission of the McDonough Foundation is to promote charitable, educational and health related activities and opportunities to children and families in Eastern Iowa.
Eligibility Criteria
- The grant is only available to 501c3 or 170 (C) organizations in the seven Iowa counties of Dubuque, Delaware, Clayton, Jones, Jackson, Fayette, and Buchanan. Specifically, local non-profit organizations that provide educational opportunities, human and social services, and healthcare for children and their families.
Applications Criteria
Before you start the application process please make sure you have all of the information regarding your program/project, your federal tax ID, and the following documents:
- IRS 501(c)3 or 170 (C) verification letter (Word document or PDF)
- Income statement for your most recent fiscal year (Excel spreadsheet or PDF)
- Balance sheet for your most recent fiscal year (Excel spreadsheet or PDF)
- If you were awarded a grant in 2020, a letter explaining how the funds were used. (Word or PDF)
