Administrators of the TrueColours Trust have set aside funds for a microfinance program for hospices and palliative care providers across Africa to support the development of palliative care.

Applications and funds are administered by the African Association for Palliative Care (APCA).

Administrators prioritize their support for projects that directly improve the patient’s experience and the standard of palliative care for people of all ages. Priority is given to the following projects, in no order of importance:
