The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of Justice Programs (OJP), National Institute of Justice (NIJ) is currently accepting applications for its Research and Evaluation on Violence Against Women: Sexual Violence, Intimate Partner Violence, Stalking, and Teen Dating Violence.

The goals of the National Institute of Justice’s (NIJ) Violence Against Women (VAW) program of research are to improve knowledge and understanding of intimate partner and dating violence, stalking, and sexual violence through science to best prevent and respond to these crimes. NIJ strives to support objective and independent knowledge and validated tools to reduce violence against women, promote justice for victims of crime, and enhance criminal justice responses to such crimes.
