The New England Biolabs Foundation is seeking letters of inquiry (LOIs) from community-based nonprofit organizations for its Funding Program with an aim to foster community-based conservation of landscapes and seascapes and the biocultural diversity found in these places.

The Program seeks to encourage community-based projects in regions of the world where small contributions can have the greatest impact.

Applicants must submit a letters of inquiry (LOIs) via given website.

Eligible Countries

Central America: Gulf of Honduras countries (Belize, Guatemala, and Honduras), Nicaragua

Andean South America: Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru

West Africa: Ghana, Cameroon

On occasion, projects are considered in the countries already worked in for the past decades. These include- Papua New Guinea, Tanzania and El Salvador.
