CFPs: Measures to Support Member States in the Field of Protection of Children in Migration

The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Population Refugees and Migration (PRM) has announced 2019 Notice of Funding Opportunity for NGO programs benefiting Colombian refugees, displaced persons, and conflict victims.

Current Funding Priorities

Proposed activities must primarily support Colombian refugees and asylum seekers in Ecuador and Venezuela, and internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Colombia. Because of PRM’s mandate to provide protection, assistance, and sustainable solutions for refugees and victims of conflict, PRM will only consider funding projects that include a target beneficiary base of at least 51 percent Colombian refugees or asylumseekers, recently displaced Colombian IDPs (within past twelve months), and/or Colombian victims of conflict. PRM will consider regional proposals.
