Proposals must include a clear and strong U.S. component. A U.S. component can include U.S. citizen speakers who are experts in U.S. policy, academia, culture, and economics; the use of U.S. training models or materials; exchanges with U.S. institutions; or promotion of U.S. culture, music, art, etc. through cultural or educational exchanges between the U.S. and Paraguay.
