Museum Development North East are continuing to offer an enhanced ‘Recovery and Development’ Grant Scheme in 2023/24.
Funded by Arts Council England (ACE), the scheme is offering grants from £500 to £10,000. In line with ACE’s strategic priorities, it will support development and operational agendas for museums, with a key emphasis on inclusion/relevance and sustainability/environmental agendas and aims to help museums remain a key part of the life of all communities in the region.
The MDNE Recovery and Development Grant is funded via the generous support of Arts Council England, through their current 2022-24 funding programme for Museum Development North East. Grants are open to all non NPO Accredited/Working Towards Accreditation Museums (including non-lead members of NPO consortia).

Eligible use of Funding
