The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has announced a call for proposals to recruit local NGO to support an existing organization to design and implement a Youth Incubator Program, related to the UNDP CERO Waste: Circular Economy for the Recovery of Waste (CERO Waste) to focus on the creation of start-up enterprises and further development growth of small to medium enterprises in the circular economy and waste management industries.

The CERO Waste project pairs climate action with COVID-19 socio-economic recovery to explore and test innovative, scalable, in-country, circular solutions for the recovery of low-value waste streams, namely plastic, glass and paper, into value-added products.

Eligibility Criteria
The parameters that will determine whether a NGO / CSO is eligible to be considered by UNDP will be based on the NGO Simplified Capacity Assessment for engagement in a humanitarian context template.
